Made from beautiful Messmate, and sealed with food-safe OSMO Oil, we have a few sizes available:
- Mini: 370L x 280W x 22H (no feet)
- Small: 430L x 230W x 30H (no feet)
- Medium: 520L x 450W x 30H (no feet)
- Large (as featured on TV): 1150L x 550W x 30 (50mm overall height – includes 4 heavy-duty rubber feet)
Other species:
- Jarrah Endgrain design: 415L x 295W x 30 thick
- Spotted Gum (Medium): 520L x 450W x 30H (no feet)
- Blackbutt Endgrain: 600L x 440W x 50 mm high
- Ironbark rounds: 450 diameter x 33 thick, rebated handles

We recommend purchasing a tin of OSMO Chopping Board Oil to ensure the timber remains protected.
Our boards are 100% timber, hand-crafted in our factory in Melbourne. Being a natural material, timber responds to changes in environment and humidity, particularly in different climates. For our friends located in NSW, QLD, NT & WA please note that some slight movement can be expected in the first few months as the timber acclimates to its new surrounds.
