TimbaTech PU300 Slow Setting Sandable Polyurethane Adhesive
TimbaTech Polyurethane Adhesives are high-strength, moisture-curing PU glues designed for structural timber bonding, exterior applications, and difficult substrates. Unlike PVA adhesives, polyurethane adhesives expand slightly during curing and offer excellent water resistance and gap-filling properties. We carry a few variants, allowing you to choose the correct working time and performance level for your project:
- PU15 – Fast Setting (~15 minutes)
- PU60 – Medium Setting (~60 minutes)

TimbaTech PU300 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive developed for professional timber bonding applications where longer working and assembly times are required. Curing through reaction with ambient humidity, it provides reliable performance while allowing greater positioning flexibility during complex assemblies and large glue-ups.
With an initial cure time of approximately 300 minutes, TimbaTech PU300 is well suited to laminating, structural bonding, and detailed joinery projects where fast-setting adhesives may limit workflow. Once fully cured (approximately 24 hours), it forms an extremely strong and durable bond with excellent resistance to moisture and environmental stress.
Achieving D4 water resistance classification, TimbaTech PU300 is suitable for demanding interior, exterior, and marine environments where the glue line remains protected. Its resistance to low temperatures further supports consistent performance across workshop and on-site conditions.
